It should say on the certificate which locations it is valid to be used at. Usually, those kinds of offers are only recognized at one location unless the corporate office sent it to you or it specifically says on the certificate that it is good at all locations. But, it is almost definitely going to be usable only at that location because the reason those types of certificates are given out in the first place by general managers is to spur repeat business for their particular restaurant. My wife and her friend got a free year of pizza from that location from a different special and they usually go hang out at the bar there in the afternoons between 1 and 4pm. Sometimes, i join them. Typically, it's happy hour with great prices on food and drinks and really friendly bar staff too!
